I think that is part of how we lose ourselves.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6532751657729526818.post-33123183315231290552010-05-15T18:06:26.116-04:002010-05-15T18:06:26.116-04:00Missa, you are such a sweetheart. Please, please go out and get the book and give it a shot. It really has helped me and I just finished reading it. It's a quick read and I think it's well worth it. :) Hugs to you!Anonymous Fat Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02061024634144836382noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6532751657729526818.post-14393096746866870912010-05-15T16:43:15.346-04:002010-05-15T16:43:15.346-04:00Thanks for your post. You wrote "With drugs, they are horrid life changers. They alter everything you know about yourself and the people around you. (So does food and weight) But, you can stop. You can't stop eating." (But you CAN stop eating the too much of the foods that are used more for comfort) Most of us don't turn to too many vegetables for comfort. Something to think about....(I use to say the same thing about food....I have had to look at it differently and how the chocolate was my escape from home)Jules - Big Girl Bombshellhttp://www.biggirlbombshell.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6532751657729526818.post-20845062603784916402010-05-15T14:17:59.331-04:002010-05-15T14:17:59.331-04:00Now, you have made me think.... But the struggle goes on inside.Genie @ Diet of 51https://www.blogger.com/profile/12666514999795984295noreply@blogger.com
